The base measures 23 inches. The lower condo is 15 inches across and 12 tall with a door of 7.5 by 6.5, a 14 inch basket hangs off one side, a platform of 19 by 15 crosses the middle, the second condo sits above that, and the top perch is 15 inches across with a 4 inch rim at 60. Bamboo in, sisal out
The interior of each condo is lined with bamboo and the exterior is wrapped in sisal matting. Bamboo does not hold heat the way plush does, so a cat inside is lying on something cool rather than something warm. The sisal on the outside means the drum is also the largest scratching surface on the tower, and it is at the height a cat passes on the way up.
A bowl and a basket
The top perch is a deep bowl with a 4 inch rim and thick padding. The basket lower down is shallower and wider, described by the maker as giving a wrapped feeling. Those are two different kinds of resting place at two heights, which is more useful in a two cat house than two identical platforms would be.
Both covers come off
The perch cushion is detachable and washable, and so is the condo cover, which the maker notes makes the interior easy to clean. On a 60 inch tower the top perch is out of easy reach, so a cushion that lifts out is the only realistic way to keep it clean.
