Is the rattan navy?

No. The weave is black on this set and the cushions are navy. The maker's own material panel names it black PE rattan.

What layouts are possible?

The maker draws four: a straight run, an L, two facing pairs and a square around the table. Because every seat is identical, none of them requires a particular piece in a particular place.

How high is the seat?

12 in to the frame with a 3 in cushion on top. That is a lounging height rather than a dining one, so it suits drinks and conversation more than meals.

What happens to the set in winter?

Cushions indoors, dried first and kept off a cold floor with air around them. The frames and the acacia table can stay out, though the wood will silver if it is not oiled.
