Will it fit a balcony?

Measure first. The loveseat alone is 43.5 in wide and 25 in deep, and the coffee table is 35 in by 18 in. Set out with everyone facing in, the four pieces take roughly 8 ft by 6 ft. On a narrow balcony, running all three seats along the railing with the table in front works better than a square.

Will red cushions fade?

No fade rating is published, so we will not promise one. Strong dyes generally show sun before pale ones do. The covers unzip, so the practical answer is to stow them out of the light when the set is not being used rather than leaving them out from May to September.

Can it be left outside over winter?

PE rattan over steel handles the cold. Canadian patio guidance puts synthetic wicker in the leave-it-out group, though a cover keeps it looking newer for longer. The cushions are the part to deal with: get them fully dry and bring them indoors, because damp foam is what grows mildew, not the weave.

Is the glass table safe to leave out?

The top is tempered glass, which is the safety grade. The risk outdoors is not the cold itself, it is impact: falling ice from a roof edge, a branch, or something dropped on a corner. Keeping it away from an eave and under a cover in winter is the sensible precaution.
