What is a quick power connector?

A socket that joins the wiring between tree sections and mates at any angle, rather than needing the section turned until the pins line up. The manufacturer calls it 360 degree insertion. On a tall tree it is the difference between a two minute job and ten minutes of rotating a heavy section over your head.

Does the tree skirt really come with it?

Yes. The manufacturer's dimension panel lists a cotton tree skirt as included, shown alongside the adapter. That is unusual: almost every other tree in this range expects you to buy one.

What ceiling height do I need?

Ten feet at a minimum, eleven is comfortable. Sizing guides suggest about a foot above the tip for a topper, and the stand lifts the tree a few inches. Under a standard eight or nine foot ceiling it will not stand.

How do the three lighting modes work?

Steady on, twinkle and breathing, cycled with the foot pedal on the floor. Breathing is the slow rise and fall setting, which suits a flocked tree because the light moves through the white rather than flashing against it.
