Seven feet against a six foot figure

The drawing puts the tree at 7 feet tall and 4 feet across on a 20 inch stand. A UL certified adaptor and two pairs of gloves are shown as part of the package. Sizing guides put a tree this tall under an 8 or 9 foot ceiling, allowing about a foot above the tip for a topper.

Three lifts and a bolt

The tree comes apart into three sections. The stand folds flat and carries a bolt already fitted, so nothing has to be found in a bag of parts. What is TPE and why does it matter?

It is a softer, more flexible plastic than the PVC used for most artificial foliage. Here it is used only on the outer needles, where it hangs and droops instead of standing stiff. The manufacturer pairs it with a firm PVC core, so the tree keeps its shape while the surface you see and touch behaves more like a real branch.

Are the ornaments included?

No. The manufacturer's own room photographs carry a note saying the ornaments are not included. The package is the tree in three sections, the folding metal stand, the adaptor and two pairs of gloves.

How much space does it need?

Four feet across at the lowest branches on a 20 inch stand, so a clear circle of about four and a half feet. For height, sizing guides suggest a foot of clearance above the tip, which puts a 7 foot tree under an 8 foot ceiling.

How do I make it look full?

Work bottom section upward. Pull each branch away from the pole, then lift the tips up and outward rather than leaving them hanging. The soft TPE outer needles take a shape more easily than stiff PVC, so a light touch is enough on the outside.
