What quick shape actually means

Does it really shape itself in three minutes?

That is the manufacturer's claim for the frame, and the mechanism is real: the hinges expand the tips as the sections open. Expect to spend a few more minutes evening out the gaps, which is still far less than a conventional tree.

How is it different from the 7 ft and 8 ft sizes?

Will the flocking shed?

A little at first setup. Open it out over a sheet and handle the inner branches rather than the tips. Keep water and cleaning sprays off the foliage.
