How can it be 124 pints and 42 pints at the same time?

Because a dehumidifier is rated at a stated temperature and humidity, and this manufacturer publishes four of them. 124 pints a day is at 95F and 90% RH. 42 pints is the 2019 DOE test at 65F and 60%, which the US Department of Energy switched to because it is closer to a real basement. Will 1,300 sq ft cover my crawl space?

That is the manufacturer's maximum coverage area, measured under good conditions. Treat it as a ceiling rather than a promise. Low ceilings, a bare earth floor, standing water or a space split by foundation walls all cut the real figure. If your crawl space is close to 1,300 sq ft, you will get a better result from a sealed vapour barrier plus this machine than from the machine alone.

What do I do if there is no drain down there?

The supplied 9.8 ft hose drains by gravity only, so it needs somewhere lower to run to. If there is nothing below the machine, use the external pump interface and buy a condensate pump separately. A pump is not included with this model.
