How do I choose between the 124, 155 and 192 pint models?

Start with the floor area. The manufacturer rates them to 1,300, 1,900 and 2,600 sq ft. Then check the DOE figures, which are 42, 57 and 65 pints a day, because that is the honest measure of how much water each one shifts in a cool space. All three use the same 14 inch cabinet height and the same wall mountable panel, so the decision is about capacity, not fit.

Why does the listing show both 192 pints and 65 pints?

They are the same machine at different test conditions. 192 pints a day is measured at 95F and 90% relative humidity. 65 pints is the 2019 DOE test at 65F and 60%, which the US Department of Energy adopted because it reflects a cool basement. Does it come with a pump?

No. A 9.8 ft gravity hose is supplied, which needs a drain or sump below the machine. The unit has an interface for an external condensate pump if there is nowhere lower to run to, and that pump is bought separately.

What circuit does it need?

It is a 115V, 60Hz machine with a 7.9A rated and 11A maximum input current on a 9.2 ft cord. A standard grounded Canadian outlet is correct, but at 11A peak it should have that circuit to itself. Do not run it through a light duty extension cord.
