Eighty eight inches of wall
The mattress area is 80 by 60 inches, a Canadian Queen. The frame around it is 88 inches long because the wings and the board stand behind the mattress. Headboard 63.5 inches across and 48 inches up, 12 inches of clearance below, 1100 lb published.
Two ways to control it
A handset and a phone app both work. Music and microphone modes shift the colour with sound, and the timer turns it all off after one to four hours rather than leaving the room lit.
Storage that does not need a wall
Four drawers, two each side, 29 by 20 inches with 5 inches inside. On a Queen that is a useful amount of folded storage without adding a chest of drawers to the room. Allow about two and a half feet of clear floor beside the bed so each one comes fully out.
A shelf and two pockets
The shelf runs the width of the board and the pockets hang on the outside of each wing. On a Queen, where two people reach for different things, having one on each side is the point.
