What ceiling height do I need?

Eight feet of tree, plus the stand under it and anything on top. Nine feet is the sensible minimum and ten is comfortable. If your ceiling is eight feet, the 7 ft or 6 ft size in this range is the one to buy.

What are the nine lighting modes?

Combination, LED2 steady on, LED2 slow glow, LED1 and LED2 twinkle, slow glow, LED1 steady on, LED1 slow glow, LED1 and LED2 sequential, and LED1 and LED2 slow fade. The two circuits are what make warm white, colour and the mixtures possible.

How long is the cord?

4.9 ft from the tree to the plug. That is short for an eight foot tree, so most rooms will want the tree near an outlet or an extension lead ready before you start.

Does it remember the setting?

Yes. The memory function keeps your last mode, so it returns to that rather than resetting to the factory default each time it is switched on.

Can I replace a bulb?
