Does a storage bag come with it?

Does it come with lights?

No. The title says without lights and no string is fitted. On a flocked tree that is worth thinking about: winding a string on is the stage that loosens the most flocking, so run it down from the top in a single pass rather than circling the tree several times.

Will the flocking shed?

Some will. Care guidance for flocked trees is consistent: assemble it in the spot it will stand, avoid shaking or dragging it, use lighter ornaments, and dust with a soft duster from the top down instead of a vacuum.
