Will it fit a balcony?

Measure first. The loveseat alone is 43.5 in wide and 25 in deep, and the coffee table is 35 in by 18 in. Set out with everyone facing in, the four pieces take roughly 8 ft by 6 ft. On a narrow balcony, running all three seats along the railing with the table in front works better than a square.

Can it be left outside over winter?

PE rattan over steel handles the cold. Canadian patio guidance puts synthetic wicker in the leave-it-out group, though a cover keeps it looking newer for longer. The cushions are the part to deal with: get them fully dry and bring them indoors, because damp foam is what grows mildew, not the weave.
