A lot of flocked trees are a plain green tree with white sprayed over the outside. Get close and the illusion goes: one needle type, one texture, and a coating that stops where the branch turns.

This one mixes PVC, PE and pine needles on the same branch, then scatters 40 pine cones through them under the flocking. The cones and the varied needle shapes are what give the snow something to sit unevenly on, the way it does outdoors.

Seven feet, and four and a bit across

The drawing gives 7 ft of height, a 4.3 ft spread and a 22 inch stand. That is a full profile, so allow a floor circle of about four and a half feet. Guides suggest a foot of clear air above the tip, which puts this tree in a room with a 9 ft ceiling or close to it.

How do I change the lighting mode?

With a button on the adapter. The manufacturer states the mode is changed there rather than from a separate controller or a remote, which means the adapter needs to be somewhere you can reach.

What ceiling height does a 7 ft tree need?

Around 8.5 to 9 ft, once you allow the recommended foot of clear air above the tip and add a topper. Measure to the ceiling, not to a light fitting.

Are the pine cones attached or loose?

They are distributed among the branches as part of the tree. The manufacturer gives the count as 40 for this size.

Will the flocking survive storage?

If it is kept cool, dry and dark. Damp and pressure are what damage flocking, and sunlight yellows white. Wrap the sections loosely rather than crushing them into a tight box.
