Four steps and a screw already fitted

Unfold the base, connect the three sections, let the hinged branches drop, then fluff. The base screw is pre-assembled, which removes the fiddly part of lining a trunk up with a hole. Two pairs of gloves come with it, worth having on a flocked tree where the tips are rougher than plain ones.

What is the difference between cool white and warm white?

Cool white is a crisper, bluer light and warm white is golden. On a flocked tree cool white keeps the snow looking white, while warm white tints it cream. Neither is better, but they look very different, and it is worth matching any lights you add to the same tone.

How does the timer work?

Will the flocking come off?
