This one grows out of a cement filled urn with a moulded, aged finish and a small lit window in the front. Nothing sits on the floor around it, the weight is at the bottom where it belongs, and it is finished on all four sides.

Four feet, and the pot underneath

The drawing measures 4 ft from floor to tip, a 1.7 ft spread, and an urn 10.5 inches tall on a 7.5 inch square foot. That is a narrow tree on a small footprint, which is why it works in an entry where a full tree would not.

What lights and how much foliage

The counts are called out here: 100 warm white LEDs and 160 branch tips. The third circle is the detail people miss, the lit window set into the urn, which keeps the bottom of the tree from going dark when the room lights are off.

Three modes, four brightness levels

Steady on, flash and slow fade, each at any of four brightness levels, set from the controller on the cord or the handheld remote. The timer runs six hours on and eighteen off, so it comes back at the same hour every evening without anyone touching it.

Does the urn really light up?

Yes. The manufacturer calls it star lighting in the base, and it shows as a lit window in the front of the urn in their photography. It comes on with the tree.

Is there anything to assemble?

No. The tree arrives in its urn. The only work is opening the branches out and shaping the tips, which the included gloves are for.

Can it stand outside the front door?

Only under cover and at your own judgement. No outdoor or weather rating is published for this tree, and Health Canada advises that indoor rated decorations are used indoors.

How heavy is it?

No weight figure is published, so we will not quote one. The base is filled with cement, which the manufacturer says is there to stop it tipping, so expect the weight to be at the bottom.
