The base is 19.5 inches square under 69 inches of tower, which is a tall and narrow shape. The perch on top runs 19.5 by 10, the condo is 12 inches cubed and the basket is 15 by 14. Levels land at roughly 17, 25, 33.5 and 50 inches on the way up, so the climb never asks for a long reach.
