A 16 inch perch at the top, a platform of 20 by 16 at about 46.5, a hammock 12 across and a corner condo 19.5 by 15.5 with a 7 inch door, all standing on a base of 24 by 20. The steps land near 14.5, 21.5, 28, 34 and 46.5 inches, so there is no long jump anywhere on the way up.
The wall peels off
The condo is a quarter round box in linen with one wall that detaches. That is the part that makes the inside reachable. On a sealed condo the only thing that fits through a seven inch doorway is a vacuum nozzle and an arm, and most owners try that once and then stop looking.
