Why does it list four different pint figures?

The US Department of Energy moved to that cooler test because it is closer to a basement. Compare DOE figures between brands and the numbers suddenly make sense.

Can I set it lower than 30%?

Yes. The target range runs from 20% to 90%, which is wider than a household unit. The low end is for drying a building out, not for living in. Health Canada advises keeping an occupied home between 30% and 50% relative humidity, so once the space is dry, bring the setting back up.

Is a pump included?

No. The 9.8 ft hose supplied drains by gravity and needs a drain, sump or downhill run below the machine. There is an interface for an external condensate pump if you have nowhere lower, and that pump is a separate purchase.

Will it run on a normal Canadian outlet?
