How far from the machine can the control panel go?

The external connection cable is 32.8 ft. That is normally enough to bring the panel up through an access hatch and onto a wall in a garage, a utility room or a hallway. Mount it somewhere you pass regularly, since the number on the display is the live humidity under the floor.

65 pints. That is the 2019 DOE test, measured at 65F and 60% relative humidity, which the US Department of Energy moved to because it reflects a cool basement rather than tropical air. The 192 pint figure is measured at 95F and 90%. Both are published for this machine, and every brand's headline number is flattered the same way.

What maintenance does it need?
