Is 155 pints or 57 pints the real figure?

Both are real, at different test conditions. 155 pints a day is at 95F and 90% relative humidity. 57 pints is the 2019 DOE test at 65F and 60%, which the US Department of Energy adopted because it matches a cool basement or crawl space. Does it come with a pump?

No. The 9.8 ft hose in the box drains by gravity, so it needs somewhere lower than the machine to run to. The unit has an interface for an external condensate pump if your crawl space has no drain below it, and that pump is a separate purchase.

Can I leave it running all winter?

Auto defrost is what the manufacturer credits for low temperature operation, so it copes with a cool crawl space better than a household unit. It is still a compressor machine, and below roughly 5C any compressor dehumidifier spends more of its time defrosting than removing water. In a space that freezes, a desiccant machine is the correct type.
