Do the chairs and tables come with it?

No. This listing is the 44 inch loveseat on its own. Several of the photographs show it styled with two accent chairs and two side tables from a larger set, and none of those pieces is included here.

Can it go on a covered porch?

The maker's own note on one of the photographs says not to use the product in direct sunlight or rain, so it is an indoor piece. A sheltered porch still exposes it to damp air and temperature swings, which shorten any synthetic leather.

How long will the faux leather last?

No grade is published, so no lifespan is claimed. Category guidance runs from a few years for low grade polyurethane to a decade for heavier constructions. Heat and sunlight are what lift and crack a coating, which is consistent with the maker's own warning.

What does 400 lb cover?

It is the manufacturer's static rating for the loveseat: weight resting evenly across the seat. It does not describe someone dropping onto it or sitting on an arm.
