What is TPE and how is it different from PVC?

TPE is a softer, more rubbery plastic. On a tree it means the outer needles bend and spring back instead of holding a bend, which both feels closer to a real branch and survives being packed away.

How is it different from the 7 ft and 8 ft sizes?

The series gives 746, 1090 and 1470 branch tips with 270, 370 and 470 lights. The 6 ft and 7 ft come in three sections and the 8 ft in four. This listing is the 6 ft.

Does it need fluffing?

Some. The hinges swing the branches out from the pole, but the individual tips still want spacing by hand to close the gaps.
