Can I make a straight six seat sofa?

The pieces will line up, though the maker prints the five seat row with the sixth pulled out as a chair. Two arms only exist on the two corner sofas, so a straight run puts them at the ends.

Do the pieces clip together?

No clips or straps are listed on this record. Rattan sectionals are usually kept in line by butting the frames tight, and aftermarket connector clips exist if the deck is uneven.

Is the glass top removable?

The maker does not say. It is described as a tempered glass top set into the rattan table frame.

How high are the seats?

16 in to the top of the seat cushion, with backs at 29.5 in overall. That is a lounging height rather than a dining one.
