What ceiling height does it need?

Balsam Hill's guide asks for at least 12 inches between the top of the tree and the ceiling, so a nine foot room or higher once the base lifts it and a topper is added.

What are the 13 lighting modes?

The manufacturer names fast blink, jump lighting and shiny star as three of the five added beyond the usual eight. The full list is not published, so we do not print one.

How much does it weigh?

Will the flocking shed?

Some comes away at the first setup. Open it out over a sheet and hold the inner branches rather than the tips. Keep water and cleaning sprays off flocked foliage.
