Description
2 Seater Corduroy Foam Loveseat in Charcoal Black, 62 in Wide, Washable Cover, No Assembly Needed
Dark charcoal wide wale corduroy over a body made entirely of high density foam, with no wooden frame and nothing to bolt together. It measures 62 inches wide and 31.5 deep, the seat sits 17.5 inches off the floor on 9.5 inch cushions, and the maker prints a 660 lb capacity.
The sofa that has to come apart to get in
Rigid frames and tight corners
Hallway turns, half landings and elevator ceilings are where deliveries fail. A framed sofa cannot be squeezed, and there is no way to shrink it once it is standing in the corridor.
Nothing rigid inside it
This one is foam through and through, shipped vacuum compressed in a single carton. It goes up the stairs as a package, not as furniture, then takes about 72 hours on the floor to reach its full 62 inches.
A dark charcoal that hides more than a pale fabric does, in a wide ribbed corduroy. The body sits flat on the floor with no legs and no visible hardware anywhere.

How dark it reads in a room
Photographed against pale panelling with daylight from the left. The charcoal reads almost black in shadow and grey where the light catches the ribs, which is how corduroy behaves: the pile changes tone with the angle you look from.
The numbers that decide fit
Sixty-two inches wide, 31.5 deep and 31.5 high. The seat run is 47 inches, cushions 24 inches across and 16.5 inches front to back at 9.5 inches thick, sitting 17.5 inches up. Arms are 7 inches wide and 22 inches tall. The 16.5 inch seat depth is worth noting: it is well short of the 21 to 24 inch band most sofas use.

Three steps, then wait
The maker's own unpacking sequence. Take the carton apart, unroll the compressed body, then leave it alone for 72 hours. The third panel shows the finished shape. There is no stage in that sequence that needs a tool or a second person.
Why a foam body changes things
Ships compressed
One carton, no frame, no fixings. Full shape returns over about 72 hours on a flat floor.
Cover unzips and washes
Hidden zips and a machine washable corduroy cover, which is what makes a dark fabric practical rather than just forgiving.
660 lb published
Printed on the maker's dimension panel. A static rating describing weight resting evenly on the seat.
9.5 in seat, 9 in back
Thick loose cushions front and back, all of them removable for lying flat across the base.
Non slip underside
With no legs, the base itself has to grip. It sits on wood, tile or carpet without creeping.
Wide wale corduroy
Broad ribs that catch light differently from every angle, and hide crumbs better than a flat weave.

Who is this perfect for?
Rentals and student rooms
One carton in, one carton out. Nothing to unbolt when the lease ends and nothing that only fits one room.
Dark fabric households
Charcoal hides daily marks, and when it stops hiding them the cover comes off and goes in the machine.
Sitters rather than loungers
The 16.5 inch seat depth keeps you upright with feet on the floor. It is not a seat for curling up in.

What we stand behind
- Every measurement and the 660 lb figure come from the manufacturer's own dimension panel shown in the photos.
- The seat depth of 16.5 inches is stated plainly because it is shorter than a standard sofa seat.
- No foam density, cover fibre content, carton size or net weight is published, so none is quoted.
- Ships from a Canadian warehouse, free shipping over $150.
- 14 day returns, unused and in the original packaging.
Frequently asked questions
Why does it need 72 hours?
The foam is vacuum compressed for shipping and has to draw air back in before it reaches full height. Cold slows that down, so if the carton has sat in a winter van, bring it inside and give it longer than the stated three days before judging the shape.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes. The corduroy cover unzips from the body and carries a machine washable mark. Follow the care label that ships with your unit, wash cool and dry flat rather than hot, because heat is what shrinks a cover past the point where it fits again.
Does the pile flatten where people sit?
Corduroy pile compresses in the seats and along the arm tops with use. Most of that is crushing rather than fibre loss, and brushing along the ribs with a soft brush lifts it back. Wider ribs show pressure marks more plainly than fine ones.
How much floor does it need?
Sixty-two inches wide and 31.5 inches deep, sitting flat with no legs. Because there is no gap underneath, allow for a slightly heavier visual footprint than a sofa of the same width raised on legs.
