The manufacturer prints 800 lb for the bench and 100 lb for the coffee table. That bench figure is high for a two seater.

The table stands 16 in and the seat sits at 13.5 in with a 3 in cushion. The glass lands almost level with where you sit, which is what coffee table guides ask for.

The record states the cushion covers are removable and washable, so a season of use does not have to show.

Mix brown PE wicker over a metal frame. The maker calls the weave hand woven and sun protective, and asks you to keep it out of prolonged rain.

Why does the maker say to avoid rain if it is outdoor furniture?

Because of the acacia rather than the weave. PE rattan handles wet fine, but solid wood left soaking swells, dries and eventually checks. The manufacturer's answer is to keep it out of prolonged exposure and oil the surface regularly.

Is the glass safe on a family patio?

It is tempered, the safety grade. Tempered glass breaks into blunt pieces rather than shards. Keep it clear of snow load and ice over winter, and do not slide anything heavy across a cold top.

Is 800 lb really the bench rating?

That is what the manufacturer prints on its own construction panel and repeats in the product record. It is unusually high for a two seater and comes from the metal support under the rattan. We have not tested it.

How do the cushion covers wash?

They unzip and come off. Close the zip, wash the covers on their own without the inner pads, and dry them in the shade. White covers show a season quickly, which is exactly why removable ones are worth having.
