Is the 3.3 ft hose long enough?

Only if the drain is right beside the machine. The pump itself will move water 16 ft up or 16 ft along, but the hose supplied is 3.3 ft. Work out where the water is going before it arrives, and buy a length of hose to match. That is the single most common surprise with a pumped unit.
