How are the umbrella lights powered?

The manufacturer's photographs show LED beads along the canopy ribs and a control box partway down the pole, but the record publishes no detail on how they are powered, how long they run or how many beads there are. What is certain from the photography is that the lights are on the umbrella and nothing is run out from the house.

Will the canopy cover all eight seats?

Open, it measures 15 ft across and 8.5 ft deep over a table that is 75 in by 36 in. That leaves roughly 4 ft of cover hanging past each end, which is what puts the two end chairs in shade rather than on the edge of it.

Do I need to buy an umbrella base?

No. A 2.4 ft square base only 0.5 ft deep comes with the set. It takes sand or water, neither of which is supplied. Sand weighs more for the same volume and does not have to be drained before a freeze.

Will the chairs push in under the table?

Only part way. The backrests stand 32 in tall against a 29 in tabletop, so the chairs pull up close but the backs stay clear of the edge. Leave 24 in to 30 in behind each chair for pushing back, and 36 in on any side someone walks along.
