A 6.7 inch base takes less floor than a plant pot. For a flat, a hall or a shop counter end, this is about as much tree as a tight space can hold without becoming an obstacle.

Can I use it outdoors?

The manufacturer lists it as an ideal indoor decoration and publishes no ingress rating, so we would not. One of its own photographs shows the tree in snow beside a front door, which is confusing, but a marketing photograph is not a weather rating. Treat it as indoor, or under a fully covered porch at your own risk.

How bright is 48 bulbs on a 4 ft tree?

Gentle. This is an accent tree rather than a light source, and the bulbs are spread along the twigs rather than clustered. In a dark room it glows; in a lit one it reads as texture.

Do the branches really bend?

Yes, and they hold the shape you give them. That is the main thing to do after unboxing: spread the branches out and down so the tree does not look like it is still in its packaging.

Can I hang ornaments on it?

Light ones. The branches are described as strong enough to support extra ornaments, but this is a twig tree rather than a fir, so keep to small and light pieces.

What is the 12V about?

The plug takes 120V from the wall and the adaptor steps it down to 12V before it reaches the tree, so the tree itself runs on low voltage. The adaptor is described by the maker as UL certified.

Is it really white?

White with a printed birch bark texture, which is what gives it the mottled look in the close up photographs rather than a flat painted finish.
