What does fruit green actually look like?

Lighter and fresher than the dark green of a traditional artificial fir, closer to new spring growth. The manufacturer's white background photograph is the most honest view of it; the room shots are warmed by the lighting.

What is the reflective film?

Iridescent PET strands mixed in among the PVC needles. They look glossy and throw colour back under daylight, which is what separates a tinsel tree from a plain one when the lights are off.
