Bendable tips and a birch trunk

The 96, 72 and 48 branch tips are bendable, so you set the shape by hand instead of accepting the shape in the box. The trunks are finished as white birch bark, and the PVC is described by the maker as smell-free and flame-retardant.

Can all three run from one plug?

Not directly. Each tree comes with its own adaptor and its own plug, which is why you can light them independently. Most people run all three into one power bar or outdoor-rated extension.

Are they safe to leave outside?

They carry an IP44 rating, which covers splashing water from any direction, and the bases have pre-drilled holes for stakes. The adaptor connections should sit in a covered, outdoor-rated outlet, and the maker does not publish a temperature rating, so we do not state one.

Do the branches come pre-shaped?

No, and that is deliberate. The tips are bendable, so you spread and angle them yourself after the trunk sections are joined. Expect a few minutes per tree to get the silhouette looking natural.

What colour is the light?

Warm white on all three trees, the yellower end of white rather than the blue end. There is no colour changing mode and no remote.

Are the stakes included?

No. The bases are drilled for them, but stakes are not in the box. Heavy objects placed on the base are the maker's suggested alternative.
