Seven hundred bulbs across 1188 tips is roughly one light for every other branch tip, which is a dense pre-lit tree by category standards. The frame is plain hinged, so the tips still want spreading by hand after the sections go together.
Seven feet, four across
7 ft of height against a 4 ft spread on an 18 inch stand. Guides ask for about a foot of clear air above the tip, so an eight foot ceiling is the sensible minimum once the stand and a topper are counted.
Where 1188 tips lands
Canadian Tire's guide puts artificial tree tip counts from about 600 at the sparse end to 4600 at the dense end. At 1188 on a seven foot frame this is a comfortably full tree without being one of the heavy premium builds.
Seven hundred bulbs
The three panels show the tree unlit, lit and close up. At 700 bulbs the light reaches inside the foliage rather than sitting on the surface, which is the difference between a lit tree and a tree with a string round it.

Does it still need fluffing?
Yes. Step three of the manufacturer's own instructions is to spread the tips by hand. The hinges only handle the coarse work of swinging branches away from the pole.
How is it different from the 6 ft and 8 ft sizes?
The series gives 821, 1188 and 1498 branch tips with 560, 700 and 880 lights. This listing is the 7 ft.
What happens if a bulb fails?
On many pre-lit trees a single damaged bulb can take out a whole strand. Test the strands before you decorate, while the branches are still easy to reach.
How much floor space does it need?
4 ft across at the widest branches on an 18 inch stand, so allow a floor circle of about four and a half feet.
