What the drawing gives

Six tiers above a base of 24 by 18.5 inches: basket at 15.5, hammock at 30, lower condo at 40, platform at 47, upper condo at 62 and top perch at 75. The upper condo is 13.5 inches square and 10.5 tall. Each tier is rated at 33 pounds by the manufacturer.

One condo you can drop into

The lower condo has an opening cut in its roof as well as a door in its side. A cat on the platform above can go straight down into it rather than climbing round, and once inside it can look out of the top. On a tower where the levels are stacked tightly, that turns the box into part of the route instead of a detour.

Corner or wall, either works

The frame is square in plan and the tallest sections run up one side, so it sits flat against a wall or tucks into a corner without wasting the tiers. Wherever it goes, the anti tipping device supplied with it should be fixed, because 75 inches over a 24 inch base is not self supporting against a cat launching sideways.
