The base is 23 by 19 inches. Above it a lower platform of 11.5 inches square, a side platform of 13.5 inches square at 20.5, the condo, a platform of 23 by 15 inches at 40, and the top perch of 16 by 16 inches with a 4 inch rim at 59.5. The manufacturer states the condo as 17 by 11 by 11 inches, which is the conservative figure and the one published here.
The condo looks like a cabinet
Its front is a run of vertical flutes, the same detail used on sideboards, and the box has a flat top that works as another platform. Inside there is a quilted mat that lifts straight out. A cat gets an enclosed shelter, and the room gets something that does not look like a scratching post with a hole in it.
Boards wipe, mats come out
The platforms are finished board rather than carpet, so a wipe deals with them, and the soft parts are separate mats that lift out. The manufacturer's own comparison on this panel is with fully plush towers, which are warm in winter and difficult to clean at any time of year. This is the opposite trade, and mats are supplied so the cat is not lying on bare wood.
