What the drawing gives you
Forty four inches to the rim of the top bed, which is 14 inches square with a 3.5 inch edge. Below it a 12 inch platform, a condo about 11.5 inches wide with 8 inch doorways, and a base of 18 by 13.5 inches carrying the lot.
A box two cats can share
Both openings are cut on adjacent faces, so the box has two entrances and a corner. Two cats fit, and neither of them is the one who has to squeeze past the other to get out.
Balls at two heights
One ball hangs beside the top perch and one lower down near the condo. A toy only works where the cat already is, so putting one at each end of the climb means the tower keeps a cat's attention on the way up and again at the top.
