The upper condo is 18 inches wide with a 7.5 by 7 inch hole, the middle 16.5 by 13 and 11 tall, and the lower 15.5 by 12 and 12 tall, over a footprint of 29.5 by 18. Fifty two inches overall with 33 lbs published for each tier.
Every mat lifts out

A board and a hole
A flat sisal board is fixed vertically between two of the boxes and the top platform has a hole cut through it. The board suits the cat that leans in to scratch, and the hole gives a route between the top perch and the condo below without going round.
