Two flowers and a drum
The upper platform is 16 inches across at 32 inches, the lower one 16 across at about 12, and the condo below it is 12 inches across with a 9 inch doorway. The scalloped base runs 19 inches, which keeps the whole thing to the floor space of a side table.
