The condo runs two storeys with three 7 inch entrances cut into it, so two cats can be inside at once without meeting in a doorway. Above it, a 23 by 15 inch platform and a top perch with raised rims cut into cat ears at 48.5 inches.
Warm grey plush over cream sisal columns, with a two storey box at the base and a perch whose rim rises into two ears.
Where each level sits
The top perch is 15 by 11 inches at 41, the big platform 23 by 15 at 28.5, and the base covers 23 by 19 inches. The condo entrances are 7 inches each. Every layer carries a 33 lb rating.
The rim that is also the joke
The raised edge at the top is cut into two cat ears. It is decoration, but it is also a real rim: a cat can hook a chin or a paw over it, which a flat platform does not offer.
Wound end to end
The posts are wound with sisal rope for their whole length. A part wrapped post teaches a cat that some of the tree is fair game and some is not, which never ends the way the manufacturer intends.
