Is this tree pink? The title does not say.

It is. The store title for this listing leaves the colour out, but every photograph and the manufacturer's own description call it a flocked pink design. We have put the colour in our title so nobody is surprised by the box.

Does IP44 mean I can use it outside?

No. IP44 is the manufacturer's rating for the light controller against dust and splashing water, not a rating for the tree. Health Canada advises keeping indoor rated decorations indoors.

Which ornaments look right on pink?

Gold, rose gold, clear glass and white. Red tends to fight with the pink and silver can disappear into the flocking.

Will the flocking shed?

A little at first setup, which the manufacturer says itself on its own care note. Open the branches out over a sheet and handle the inner branches rather than the tips.
