What shade of pink is it?

The manufacturer calls it cherry blossom, and describes it as different from bright pink. The photographs show a soft, pale pink rather than a fluorescent one.

Does it need fluffing?

Yes, and the manufacturer says so itself with a before and after image. Spread the tips outward from the central branch, working from the bottom up, or the tree will look flat.

What lights work on pink?

Warm white keeps the pink warm and cool white pushes it towards mauve. Whatever you choose, Health Canada advises looking for a CSA, cUL or cETL mark on the string.
