The title does not mention pink. What colour is it?

Pink, with a white flocking over it. The store title for this listing omits the colour. Every photograph and the manufacturer's own description confirm it, and we have put it in our title so nobody is caught out.

What ceiling height does it need?

Eight and a half feet or more is comfortable. Guides advise about twelve inches of clear air above the tip, and a topper adds to that.

Can the controller get wet?

No. IP44 is the manufacturer's rating for the controller against dust and splashing water. It is not an outdoor rating for the tree, and Health Canada advises keeping indoor rated decorations indoors.
