A pale wood Twin with a padded fabric panel set into the headboard, so the frame stays timber and the part you lean on is soft. It takes 80 by 40.5 inches of floor and carries a published 550 lb on twelve plywood slats.

Eighty by forty and a half
The deck is 75 by 39 inches for a Twin mattress and the frame runs 80 inches long. The headboard reaches 41.5 inches and the footboard 16, so both ends are counted inside that length. Under the rails there are 6.5 inches.
Timber with a soft middle
The panel is faux linen over high density sponge, set inside a wooden surround with open slats above it. That is the compromise a wooden bed usually cannot make: it looks like timber from across the room and feels like an upholstered bed at the pillow. The rest of the frame stays wipe clean timber.
Twelve slats, rounded corners
