The headboard is 60.5 inches across, the same width as a Queen mattress, and the frame is 84.5 inches long. The deck sits 14 inches up with 8.5 inches under the rail. The single drawer is 45.5 inches front to back, so allow close to four feet of clear floor on whichever side it goes.
